Timothy has always been passionate about real estate. He started his real estate career as an appraiser trainee and found himself flipping and property managing residential real estate. He’s flipped over 300 houses and property managed over 150 doors. Timothy believes in building a strong network of real estate finance professionals. Today, he is a mortgage broker with a mission to advance and promote advocacy and education to consumers and mortgage professionals alike.

He has previously worked with the USC Shoah Foundation in creating a compelling voice for tolerance through audio-visual interviews with survivors and witnesses of genocide survivors. He worked with the FH Foundation, a patient-centered organization dedicated to research advocacy, and education of Familial Hypercholesterolemia.

In addition to CAMP, he serves on the board of the Arcadia Police Foundation, and the Arcadia Historical Society.
